List of Things to Bring

 

  • Sun screen
  • Insect repellent
  • Water shoes for the rocky beach
  • Hat
  • Flashlight
  • Sleeping bag and pillow
  • Towel
  • Tennis shoes or hiking shoes
  • One piece swimming suits (modest)
  • Shorts (just above the knee or to the knee)
  • Jacket (in case the weather changes)
  • Bible
  • Toiletries
  • Phonecard

List of Things NOT to Bring

 

  • NO shirts that have inappropriate pictures or words on them (i.e. beer advertisements)
  • NO body piercing jewelry. One earring per ear is ok for the ladies. None for the guys.
  • NO long hair for guys
  • NO halter or tight tank tops
  • NO short shorts or mini skirts
