The volunteer application process may seem overwhelming at first because of amount of requested information and number of steps. We do not expect perfection in every area so don't worry about it. Relax and work through it prayerfully, doing the best you can. Our main purpose is to get to know you better.

Step 1 - Volunteer Application

 Print and complete the "Volunteer Application" found in this link or on the Download Camp Info page.

Step 2 - Health History Form

Print and complete the "Health History Form" found in this link or on the Download Camp Info page.

Step 3 - Articles of Faith Form

Print, read, and sign the "Article of Faith Form" found in this link or on the Download Camp Info page.

Step 4 - Spiritual Autobiography Form

Print and complete the "Spiritual Autobiography Form" found in this link or on the Download Camp Info page.

Step 5 - Reference Form

Three references are required as part of the volunteer application process. Print 3 copies of the "Reference Form" found in this link or on the Download Camp Info page. Send one Reference Form to each of the three people you have selected. Ask them to return the completed form directly to our office as soon as possible. Please give one form to your pastor and another to a present or former supervisor. The third is your choice. Be sure to fill in your name and address on each Reference Form.

Step 6 - Send Information

Mail the volunteer application information that you've prepared to: 28465 Hillside Rd. Lincoln, MO 65338. The packet needs to include: 1) Volunteer Application; 2) Health History Form; 3) Articles of Faith Form; 4) Spiritual Autobiography Form. After we receive your packet and all three references are in, your application will be reviewed and you will be notified of your acceptance.
